20Questions commit to responsible tax with first Fair Tax Mark
UK consultancy firm 20Questions have achieved their first Fair Tax Mark, demonstrating their commitment to responsible tax practices.
20Questions provide independent consultancy services for artificial intelligence in the drug industry, including drug discovery, drug design and cheminformatics.
The Fair Tax Mark is the gold standard accreditation for responsible tax conduct and has been awarded to more than 250 distinct trading businesses across the UK and Europe.
20Questions joins their ranks with a comprehensive tax policy, committing the company to the highest standard of responsible and transparent tax practices once their first set of accounts are published.
Jaime Boswell, Head of Accreditation at the Fair Tax Foundation, said:
“It’s great to see a business taking tax seriously right from the get-go – that’s how responsible practices get built into the DNA of organisations. 20Questions have a brilliant tax policy – one that follows the spirit as well as the letter of the law, and shuns any artificial or aggressive tax avoidance.”
Willem van Hoorn, Director of 20Questions, said:
“Paying tax contributes to society, that’s a benefit to all of us. Opting out by active tax avoidance feels like opting out of civilisation, that’s not what I want for my company.”
