Fair Tax Foundation shortlisted for International Impact social enterprise award
We are delighted to be shortlisted in the International Impact category at the UK Social Enterprise Awards 2026.
Produced by Social Enterprise UK and Co-operatives UK, the Awards celebrate the leading lights in this sector, showcasing diversity and impact across 15 categories.
Social enterprises are businesses that trade for a social or environmental purpose, and reinvest at least half their profits to further that mission. There are more than 100,000 social enterprises in the UK, employing 2.3 million people. And we’re delighted to be recognised as one of the best in this pioneering business movement.
The Fair Tax Foundation launched in 2014. We operate as a not-for-profit social enterprise helping businesses demonstrate responsible corporate tax practices. In 2021 we internationalised and now certify businesses around the world with the Fair Tax Mark.
Commenting on being a UK Social Enterprise Awards finalist, Tom Skinner, Chief Operating Officer at the Fair Tax Foundation, said:

Many social enterprises also hold the Fair Tax Mark, as this certification is a great way to demonstrate an organisation’s values. These organisations include Unlimited Potential, Community Leisure UK and Clean for Good.
Sector special: Fair Tax Mark shows social enterprise values ‘deeply rooted’

The winners will be revealed at an awards ceremony in Manchester in November 2026.
