LEAP add Fair Tax Mark to responsible credentials

Design and impact agency LEAP have been awarded the Fair Tax Mark. This means they operate at the highest level of business tax conduct.

LEAP provide branding and digital services, as well as strategy and consultancy. Their clients include Tilda, the UK Space Agency and Divine Chocolate. Sustainability and good business are at the centre of their ethos, meaning their Fair Tax Mark sits alongside other accolades such as their B Corp certification and Living Wage Employer status.

The Fair Tax Mark is the world’s first accreditation for responsible tax conduct. It certifies that a business: seeks to follow the spirit, as well as the letter of the law; shuns corporate tax avoidance such as the artificial use of tax havens; and is transparent about profits made and taxes paid.

By publishing a Fair Tax Statement, LEAP have demonstrated their commitment to going above and beyond good business requirements and being particularly transparent on corporate tax.

Jaime Boswell, Head of Accreditation at the Fair Tax Foundation, said:

“As a pioneering B Corp that prioritises people, planet and profit, LEAP are now showing the same leadership and transparency in tax by achieving their first Fair Tax Mark. Corporate tax is so important because it provides crucial government revenue and reduces inequality. By paying the right tax in the right place and at the right time, LEAP are helping to fund the essential public services and leading the way in building a fairer economy for everyone.”

LEAP join a cohort of more than 275 accredited businesses in eight countries. Find out more about getting the Fair Tax Mark for your business here.
